my 1st running event for 2009

zzzzaaasss...hehehe... last sunday was my 1st running event for year 2009...yup GE 30km...actually i was planned to be a cameraman for my fellow runners but my heart meronta2 suh join this event..huahuahua...so i thought that maybe i can run using my frens bib, mr eddy bcoz he couldnt make it for this event due to several business...hehe..but somehow cik day o telah membakar2 suh lari 30km jugak...aduss..anyway bagus jgk die bakar...dapat aku merase 30km ni...so this was actually my first time running in this category...my target was easy...just want to finish the race happily without any injuries...

Even though this is lari haram for me, but i try to run as best as i can...not only suke2 run..kalau suke2 bek training kt shah alam je...hehehe...so sunday morning, i woke up at 4.00 a.m...macam nk masuk halal je..hehe...xpe2 semangat musti mau lebey...then proceed to mr edan's house to pick him up...then only we went to the venue...

As we reached at the lake garden, i saw abg md nor's car...yahoo geng2 suda sampai...mr abg yan power,abg md nor n mr ishal tgh warm up...so park my car next to abg md nor's car...then as usual salam2, say thanx to abg md nor for his kindness...hehe...pas2 apa lg business di pagi hari la...aduss masjid x bukak lagi...xpe2 bangunan sebelah 2 ade toilet...yahoo...business setel...after finishing wearing my attire, i went to my car back...ooo mr abgg alit shoewww suda sampe...bagus2...ini hari mr manager wa lain macam la...x sabar nak menyongket da...mr abg cha pon suda sampai..ehh mane kak zu?oo kak zu x ikut...hehhe...

after that, tgh2 duk cari my ehem2...adiSTAR Salvation hehhe geng2 pon also sampai...Kash, Kash's hubby, Day o, Pur, Pur's frens, Aini, Abg Hamid...alamak they all nk gerak ke starting line da....xpe2 jalan dulu ye rakan2...i was in hurry actually sampai terlupe nk pakai vaseline...my 1st mistake of the day...sh*T!

Later on my runners mate,mr Aizudin sampai...he's also 1st time joining 20km run...good luck bro...hehehe...zzoommm i went away to the starting line after that...adus da lambat ke eh??lucky for me i saw my geng at the starting line again...they all were chatting...i was a bit worry sebab x stretching lagi nih..so i went away for stretching...then the race is about to begin...i was with my mr abg alit shoeww n miss jewelz...we going to start the race together today...fuhh start ngn pro nih...heheh...pangggg!!! the race start...

i started slowly for this race...xmau selit2 as previous races...mr abg alit shoewww n juli da hilang...amboi2 laju btol manager aku nih...btol punye menyongket...hehhe...then Day O, Kash, Abg Hamid,Pur overtook me...jalan dulu ye rakan2...i takut lutot i wat hal...heheh...cik lutot jgn wt hal ye today...after race i belanje cik lutot glukosamin baekkk punyaaa....hehehe....after reached JKR,about 4km...kenyan runner for 20km already overtook me...huaaa laju beb mamat kenya nih...i was suffering mendaki bukit but they all ran as on flat road....siap bole men cucuk2 pinggang lagi sambil draft moto cik polis...perghh...after mendaki bukit then turun bukit...x sampai 5 minit pon kenyan2 hilang tibe2 ade sorang mamat panggil name aku...haihhh cam kenal je suare nih... perghhh mr edan la...seriously he was running as he was flying la...laju gile beb...keep it up bro...kasi kejar mamat2 kenya 2...hehehe....

runnn...runnn..runnn...i clocked my 1st 10km 1:06:15...hehehe....so far so good...my beloved knee didnt show any bad sign...alhamdulillah....yup this route was either descend or climb...not much flat road...very damn challenging... b4 reached petronas sri hartamas, i saw mr abg cha pacing wit abg md mor...yahhh..yahhh...dapat follow diorg...i asked them where is mr abg yan n mr abg alit shoewww...they answer,"abg alit kt depan 2, abg yan da bedesup"....perghhh....then abg cha said,"laju btol abg alit"...hehehe bukan men manger aku nih...btolll punye songket nih...fullamakatakkk...ong...ong...onggg.....hehehe

After that abg md nor suh aku laju ckit...hehehe...baiklah saye cube!!...i overtook them...yahoo dapat powergel free...tapi aku telepas lagi 1...ceh if not dapat 2...then apa lagi..gulp2..gulp2.....mane pulak water station nih...yess water station da dekat....gulp2...gulp2 air powerbar pulak...hehehe...legaaaa....suddenly....1 hill is ahead....

Seriously it was 1 of the killing hill that tortured most of the runners...aikk cam kenal je mamat botak kt atas bukit nih...hehe mr abg alit shoewww already in 1st gear climb that hill....aku pon laju skit...aduhhh tinnggginyer bukit nih....yahhh dapat kejar die...hehehe...i asked,"bro jauh lagi ke eh?"(pretending x kenal die)hehehe...die reply,"uihh da sampai"...wa pulak ckp,"amboi sikit punyer menyongket nampak"...heheheh....i asked,"mane abg yan?"...he replied"abg yan da bedesup da"...aku tanye,"mane juli?"...die jawab,"da bedesup jugak"....hehehe...then i said,"wa try follow diorg slow2 k"...hehehe....

Later on i saw 1 more hill...this time there is 1 runner try nk tahan taxi..x tahan da..hehe...rilex arr bro...sikit je lagi...i continue running...i can feel my leg muscle a bit sore...cik lutot ade ckit sakit but not exactly tempat yg sgt sakit 2...fuhhh alhamdulillah....lari punya lari....reached at 22km...lagi 8km nih...i tried 2 increased my pace...yahhh..yahhh....tinggal lagi 3km...reached at last water station...i saw mr abg yan tgh syok mandi...i thought nk join him but im worry of blister...da la lupe pakai vaseline...forgot to mention my jari kecik both leg started nk melecet...sep baek x truk...i overtook mr abg yan,i said,"come on ironman"...he reply,"jalan dulu"....then he overtook me...perghhh mr abg yan increased his speed while climb bukit....adusss sakit lutot aku nk ikut...seriously i was battling with my self either try to follow him or to pull out...

Reached at 28km...i tried to increased my pace...aku kuatkan mental dulu...xmo pikir pasal cik lutot...i overtook mr abg yan...increased my speed...yahhh...yahhhhh..yahhhhhh lagi 1 minit nk 3 jam... yahhh ..yyahhhh....i was wondering can i finished sub 3 hr?...be positive...yahhh yahhhh...finally reached at the finishing line...alhamdulillah cik lutot x meragam...i managed to clocked 3:01:14...fuhhh....leganyer...sampai je trus aku cari tembikai...hehehe....nyammm....nyammm....
