bye bye 2009...hello 2010

...tomorrow will be a new year...
...alhamdulillah 2009 is come to an end...
...smile and tears...
...we gonna go through together as well...
...as we did on the previous years...
...the methodology will remain the same...
...additional effort is needed...
...to excel the enhance scope of work...
...a special regards to my parents...
...my beloved family members...
...my sayang...
...my fellow friends...
...that is involved with me in what ever matters...
...through out the year 2009...
...may Allah bless us...
..."happy new year 2010"...
...hopefully we will success in what ever we do...
...in this upcoming wonderful year...

to cut it short...

i was luckily survived singapore marathon 2009 with additional 'where the hell it comes' of 66kg...huhuhhu...
lesson to learned (please take note dush!)

>> check your passport before register for international races...
>> money is the key!
>> no more delay work!
>> aware of any updates...thanks my dear syg :)
>> diet...diet...diet... :(
>> train harder to avoid cramp...ouch
>> sufficient rest to race well...

haihhhh harap2 sampai ke garisan penamat....
